Fantastic food and gluten free options clearly marked. There is an off menu children’s menu as well with a gluten free hamburger. Couldn’t have been much worse.Philly cheesesteak was about a spoon of steak pieces,onions, and 2 slivers about a half inch long with some white cheese stuff with n bread (not toasted) and burned potato slices.

Much of the building’s Neoclassical style — such as its Doric columns, ornate golden ceiling, and marble floors — have been preserved in Hotel Per La’s public spaces and incorporated with a new design to create a wabi-sabi aesthetic reflective of the city’s eclectic mix of residents. Contemporary furnishings, airy linens, and pops of bright colors that feel distinctively LA are woven throughout the open spaces and flooded by California sunshine. Once past the mirrored walk, guests must turn left or right. To the left is a moody gaming parlor, where cheeky artwork depicts card play and nods to banking. Beyond that is a lounge that lines the length of the grand parlor – an ideal place to appreciate the original ceiling here. A bar and adjacent dining room make up brand-new restaurant Per L’Ora, officially open on Sept. 21 as well.

Upon entry, the reimagined lobby experience offers a distinctive sense of arrival from the moment you walk through the new awning over the entryway. A botanical oasis with oversized mirrored arches and a soothing water feature makes way for the dramatic archway inspired by the Amalfi Coast. It’s encased in mirrors that open into the distinct main lobby and restaurant spaces, which was originally the main banking hall. Came here for the first time for brunch and was not disappointed. They have so many options that can be done “gluten friendly” in other words, gluten free.
